Why Is My Foresters Code Not Working?

Codes are case-sensitive: update0, 3kccu, 2kccu and release are all lowercase, while RESTART1, FADERANAT and SOCIALLINK are uppercase.
Codes tied to player milestones (kccu) tend to expire quickly after the next update.
Copying with a trailing space makes the code fail.

• Dots appear on the trunk. Click each one as the closing ring meets it; it's okay to miss a few!
• Fill the notch to yell "Timber!" and bring the tree down
• Carry your wood to a sawmill for a perfect cut, then sell it to a merchant for Bucks!
